I teach evidence-based Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and meditation programs and techniques, as well as mindfulness-based behavior change strategies that are proven to be effective for improving health and well-being, reducing stress and anxiety, overcoming limiting or destructive behavior patterns and beliefs, improving eating habits, and bringing balance into your life.

My personal experience with trauma and the transformative power of mindfulness tools have fueled my passion for helping others reduce their suffering and heal from traumatic events. Using these tools in my own process of healing has given me a unique understanding of their power and allows me to forge special connections with my clients.

I specialize in working with people affected by trauma and people in caregiving roles. My experience includes working with people who have been affected by traumatic events and experiences, such as cancer diagnosis and treatment, anxiety, depression, and psychological abuse, which often result in a variety of unhealthy and unhelpful coping strategies. Working with caregivers emphasizes self-care to ensure a positive work-life balance, reduce vicarious trauma, and eliminate burnout.
