About You
“You can search throughout the entire universe for someone who is more deserving of your love and affection than you are yourself, and that person is not to be found anywhere. You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.” ~Guatama Buddha
ABOUT THIS WORK

"Learning to love yourself is the greatest love of all."

~ Michael Masser and Linda Creed
Personalized coaching for your unique healing journey.

Trauma can result from either single events or ongoing experiences that overwhelm our ability to cope. When it occurs during critical developmental periods, it often creates an environment of guilt, self-loathing, destructive behaviors and habits, as well as physical harm in an unconscious effort to validate the abusive and neglectful messages and harmful treatment we received from others.

Our deepest selves know the truthWe are love at our core, and the reason we hurt is that we can’t accept the lie that we are not worthy.

Traumatic incidents that are not the result of developmental mistreatment or neglect, such as accidents, natural disasters, war, life-threatening illnesses, and trauma related to death or childbirth, significantly affect our well-being. This impact arises from our difficulty processing these events, which can lead to maladaptive coping behaviors to get through each day.

My commitment to this work is deeply rooted in my own healing journey. My personal experience with trauma and the transformative power of mindfulness tools have fueled my passion for helping others reduce their suffering and heal from traumatic events to return to who they really are.

Using these tools in my own process of healing has given me a unique understanding of their power and allows me to forge special connections with my clients.

ABOUT ME

Helping you to identify and utilize your own power to heal.

I teach what I know from personal experience. I bring a trauma-informed lens to my work with those who know what that’s like.

My experience includes working with people who have been affected by traumatic events and experiences, such as cancer diagnosis and treatment, anxiety, depression, and physical and psychological abuse, which often result in a variety of unhealthy and unhelpful coping strategies.

Most importantly, my focus is on healing – not what happened. It does not serve you to stay stuck there.

Who I Work With

I support individuals who feel overwhelmed, unseen, or disconnected from themselves — especially those who sense something is “off” in their life or relationships but don’t yet have the words for it.

You don’t need to name your experience.
You don’t need to understand the patterns yet.
You only need to feel that quiet knowing inside:
“I can’t keep living like this.”

That knowing is the beginning of your awakening.

I specialize in supporting people affected by trauma, young mothers and mothers-to-be, and those in caregiving roles because healing in these areas creates a powerful ripple effect. When people impacted by trauma are given space to heal and integrate their wounds, they often develop deeper self-awareness, resilience, and compassion—qualities that not only transform their own lives, but also strengthen their ability to support and uplift others.

I believe the well-being of mothers and mothers-to-be is one of the most important foundations for a healthier world. When mothers are supported in their mental, emotional, and physical wellness, they are better able to nurture healthy, vibrant children and foster the kind of safety, connection, and positive development that benefits future generations.

My work with caregivers emphasizes self-care as an essential practice, not a luxury. By helping caregivers restore balance, reduce the effects of vicarious trauma, and prevent burnout, they are better able to sustain their own well-being while continuing to offer grounded, compassionate care to others.

I teach evidence-based Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and meditation programs and techniques, as well as behavior change strategies that are proven to be effective for improving health and well-being, reducing stress and anxiety, overcoming limiting or destructive behavior patterns and beliefs, improving eating habits, and bringing balance into your life.

I recently completed training in the Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT®) and am now a Certified TAT Pro. I also utilize a variety of tools for self-discovery and healing.

My Approach

Mindfulness-Based training, healing, and support that restores clarity, strength, and resilience.

My work blends:

  • Mindfulness-based awareness

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Compassionate, grounded support

  • Pattern recognition and practical tools

  • Inner strength and boundary rebuilding

  • Intuition-led guidance

  • Optional modalities like TAT and astrology for deeper self-understanding

Together, we gently unwind the responses that keep you stuck — things like overwhelm, people-pleasing, self-doubt, overthinking, emotional shutdown, and the belief that it’s all your fault.

As these begin to shift, clarity emerges.
Calm returns.
Your voice steadies.
Your boundaries strengthen.
You remember who you are.
